Skip to content In order to encourage entrepreneurs operating in the region and further develop new business ideas, an entrepreneur assistance program is running in cooperation with the Siroll Institute in Chiatura.We provide technical and financial support to businesses identified under the Manufacturing Assistance Programme, which will ultimately contribute to the development of social welfare and a sustainable economy in the region.
The Sirol Institute was founded in 1985, which is a social enterprise and teaches public agencies and community leaders how to discover the desires of the community and develop them into lively and successful businesses, using the intellectual resources of the local population.
As part of the assistance to entrepreneurs, we have helped many people of Chiatura turn their hobby into a business, expand the connections necessary for their respective activities, find resources and implement the service available to them. The entrepreneur, who has 45 years of experience in ceramics production, has participated in many festivals at the invitation of the facilitation team. Thanks to this process, he/she became interested to try the luck in a grant competition, the attempt was successful and he/she won the “Produce in Georgia” grant. Our team helped him/her find the necessary documentation, as well as negotiate with the owner of the industrial premises in order to extend the lease agreement.
